We offer many different financial options from flat fee to start the business for first 12-18 months to equity participation or performance based fee or any combination of above.

 

Fully external launch with 100% call option

For some companies it may make sense to have Vernalis own shares in the new business during the launch phase. This way their competitors will not know about their involvement with the start-up. In case of results below expectation the company will never own any share in the start-up and its involvement with the start-up will never be disclosed. If the company finds it favorable it can purchase 100% of the shares of the start-up at the agreed upon strike price at any time during the option lifetime.
